  • You will then request to join our private Facebook group and I will then add you.  You can start chatting it up with like-minded participants AND invite your friends to join us too (very much encouraged – the more the merrier!).

  • Your challenge is make at least one tasty, healthy dessert (that your whole family will love, btw!) during the 5 days starting on Monday, July 24th. Need some inspiration?  No worries – we’ve got you covered – you will receive the recipes and shopping lists ahead of time so you are fully prepared.

  • Enjoy making your yummy new desserts and learn how to easily add in or substitute other healthy seasonal ingredients to make an endless variety of healthy, tasty treats!

    You will be coached, mentored, and supported every step of the way as you as you create flavorful, sweet, delectable, HEALTHY desserts and learn how to incorporate them into your life so you will never feel deprived again!
