Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Chard Leaves (Kale can be substituted)
  • 1 Cup fresh Pineapple chunks
  • 1 Cup pure Coconut Water (or 1/2 cup Coconut Water and 1/2 cup fresh squeezed Orange Juice)
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add a little crushed ice and blend all ingredients together thoroughly and enjoy!
