- 2 Large Chard Leaves (Kale can be substituted)
- 1 Cup fresh Pineapple chunks
- 1 Cup pure Coconut Water (or 1/2 cup Coconut Water and 1/2 cup fresh squeezed Orange Juice)
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Add a little crushed ice and blend all ingredients together thoroughly and enjoy!
