2 oz tofu (non-GMO)
1 corn tortilla
1 scallion, sliced thin
1 small kale leaf, diced
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 tsps coconut oil or sesame oil


Heat small pan over medium heat with oil.  Add tofu.  Saute 1 min.  Add veggies.  Saute another min.  Add liquid aminos and turmeric.  Stir.  Remove from pan.  Heat tortilla.  Plate the tortilla and top with tofu mixture.


Add cilantro, walnuts and/or sriracha sauce for variations!
